Assembly Instructions

Unpack and inspect all components. Assemble on level surface.

  1. Attach upright posts: Secure to base frame using provided bolts.
  2. Install console: Connect wiring harness and secure to upright posts.
  3. Attach handrails: Secure to console and base frame.
  4. Install safety key: Insert into console slot.
  5. Plug into AC power.

WARNING! Treadmill is heavy; use two people for assembly. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

First-Time Setup

Position treadmill with 2 feet clearance on all sides.

  1. Power on: Insert safety key and plug into outlet.
  2. Calibrate: Follow on-screen calibration prompts.
  3. Set user profile: Enter age, weight, and fitness level.

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe console with damp cloth. Vacuum under deck. Lubricate deck every 3 months or 150 hours of use.
