Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable sewing table.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers.
  2. Position machine on sturdy, level surface at comfortable height.
  3. Connect foot control pedal to machine and power outlet.
  4. Install needle according to markings (flat side toward back).
  5. Thread machine following numbered threading path.
  6. Wind and insert bobbin into top-loading bobbin case.

WARNING! Machine is heavy; lift with care to avoid injury. Ensure stable placement before operation.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow initial setup procedures.

  1. Plug into AC power and turn on power switch.
  2. Test LED light by turning on power.
  3. Practice threading with automatic needle threader.
  4. Select straight stitch (#1) for initial testing.
  5. Place scrap fabric under presser foot and lower foot.
  6. Gently press foot control to test stitching.
  7. Adjust stitch length and tension as needed.

CAUTION! Keep fingers away from moving needle. Always turn off when not in use.

Tip: Always test stitch on scrap fabric before sewing project.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning or maintenance.
  2. Remove needle plate to clean lint from bobbin area.
  3. Use small brush to remove dust and lint from feed dogs.
  4. Oil moving parts according to lubrication diagram (sparingly).
  5. Wipe exterior with soft, dry cloth.
  6. Replace needle regularly (every 8-10 hours of sewing).

CAUTION! Never use compressed air; it can force lint deeper into mechanism.
