Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface at comfortable working height.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers from machine.
  2. Place machine on sturdy table or sewing cabinet.
  3. Connect foot control pedal to machine and plug into power outlet.
  4. Install needle following arrow direction and tighten screw securely.
  5. Wind bobbin and insert into bobbin case following threading diagram.
  6. Thread upper thread through guides and needle using built-in threader.

WARNING! Always unplug machine when changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; test basic functions before starting projects.

  1. Select straight stitch: Turn stitch selection dial to position 1.
  2. Set stitch length to medium: Approximately 2.5mm setting.
  3. Place scrap fabric under presser foot and lower foot lever.
  4. Press foot control gently to begin sewing.
  5. Practice reverse stitching by holding reverse button.
  6. Test different stitch patterns to familiarize with machine.

CAUTION! Always start with scrap fabric to test settings. Keep work area well-lit and free of obstructions.

  4. Lower presser foot and start sewing.
  5. Machine automatically creates complete buttonhole.
  6. Reinforce beginning and end with few reverse stitches.

WARNING! Always practice buttonholes on scrap fabric first. Ensure proper foot attachment.

Maintenance & Cleaning

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning.
  2. Remove needle plate and clean lint from feed dogs and bobbin area.
