Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Remove machine from packaging: Lift carefully from carrying case.

First-Time Operation

Buttonhole Function

Create perfect buttonholes in 4 simple steps.

  1. Attach buttonhole foot and mark buttonhole position on fabric.
  2. Step 1: Zigzag stitch down left side of buttonhole.
  3. Step 2: Bar tack at bottom of buttonhole.
  4. Step 3: Zigzag stitch up right side of buttonhole.
  5. Step 4: Bar tack at top to complete buttonhole.
  6. Cut opening carefully with seam ripper or buttonhole chisel.

WARNING! Always use buttonhole foot and practice on scrap fabric first.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning or maintenance.
  2. Remove needle plate: Use screwdriver to access bobbin area.
  3. Clean lint: Use small brush to remove lint from bobbin case and feed dogs.
  4. Oil machine: Apply 1-2 drops of sewing machine oil to moving parts as directed.
  5. Replace needle: Change needle after 8-10 hours of sewing or if damaged.
  6. Cover machine: Use dust cover when not in use.
