Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers from machine.
  2. Attach extension table if included (snap into position).
  3. Install foot control pedal and connect to power outlet.
  4. Insert needle following proper orientation (flat side to back).
  5. Wind and install lower looper and upper looper threads.
  6. Install upper and lower knives ensuring proper alignment.

WARNING! Machine is heavy; use proper lifting technique. Ensure stable surface to prevent tipping.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; test stitches on scrap fabric first.

  1. Thread machine following color-coded guides: upper looper (blue), lower looper (green), right needle (red), left needle (yellow).
  2. Set stitch length to medium setting (2.5mm) for initial testing.
  3. Set differential feed to normal position (N mark).
  4. Test on scrap fabric of same type as your project fabric.

Stitch Length: 1.0mm (short) to 4.0mm (long) for different fabric densities. Stitch Width: 2.0mm (narrow) to 7.0mm (wide) for various seam finishes. Differential Feed: 0.7 (gathers) to 2.0 (stretches) for fabric control. Tension Dials: Four separate dials for upper looper, lower looper, and two needles.

Threading the Machine

Follow color-coded threading path for proper setup.

  1. Raise presser foot and raise needle to highest position.
  2. Follow blue path for upper looper thread.
  3. Follow green path for lower looper thread.
  4. Follow red path for right needle thread.
  5. Follow yellow path for left needle thread (if using 4-thread).
  6. Pull all threads under presser foot toward back of machine.
  7. Test thread tension on scrap fabric before starting project.

Tip: Always thread with presser foot raised to allow tension discs to open properly.
