Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable sewing table.

  1. Remove protective covers: Take off all transit covers and packaging materials.
  2. Install foot controller: Connect to machine port and plug into power outlet.
  3. Thread machine: Follow threading diagram; use automatic needle threader.
  4. Wind bobbin: Place thread on spool pin and follow bobbin winding instructions.
  5. Insert bobbin: Place bobbin in case following directional arrows.

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always turn off power when threading or changing accessories.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; select basic straight stitch for initial testing.

  1. Select stitch: Turn stitch selection dial to straight stitch position.
  2. Set stitch length: Adjust to medium setting (2.5-3.0).
  3. Test on scrap fabric: Practice on double-layer cotton fabric.
  4. Adjust tension: Check stitch formation and adjust if needed.
  5. Practice reverse: Use reverse button to secure stitches.

CAUTION! Always start with needle in highest position. Keep work area well-lit and organized.

  2. Monthly oiling: Apply sewing machine oil to designated points
  3. Needle replacement: Change needle after 8-10 hours of sewing
  4. Bobbin case cleaning: Remove and clean bobbin case periodically
  5. Exterior cleaning: Wipe with soft, dry cloth only
