Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers from machine.
  2. Attach foot controller to machine and plug into power outlet.
  3. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back, tighten screw.
  4. Wind bobbin: Place thread on spool pin, follow threading guide, wind bobbin.
  5. Insert bobbin: Open bobbin cover, insert bobbin with thread unwinding counterclockwise.

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always unplug when not in use.

First-Time Operation

Plug in machine and turn on power switch.

  1. Thread machine: Follow numbered threading path from spool to needle.
  2. Use automatic needle threader: Pull down threader lever, place thread in hook, release lever.
  3. Select stitch: Turn stitch selection dial to desired pattern.
  4. Adjust stitch length/width: Use control dials for customization.
  5. Test sew on scrap fabric before starting project.

CAUTION! Always start with needle in highest position. Keep work area clean and well-lit.

Stitch Selection: Turn dial to select from 8 patterns (straight, zigzag, stretch, blind hem, decorative). Stitch Length: Adjust for shorter/longer stitches (0-4mm). Stitch Width: Adjust zigzag width (0-5mm). Reverse: Hold button for backstitching. Free Arm: Remove accessory storage compartment for free arm sewing.

  2. Clean lint buildup: Remove needle plate and bobbin case, brush away lint.
  3. Oil machine: Apply sewing machine oil to designated points as shown in diagram.
  4. Needle replacement: Replace bent or dull needles immediately.
  5. Storage: Cover machine when not in use to prevent dust accumulation.

CAUTION! Use only sewing machine oil. Never use household oils.
