Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers.
  2. Place machine on sturdy table or sewing cabinet.
  3. Install foot control: Plug into machine port.
  4. Connect power cord to machine and wall outlet.
  5. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back.
  6. Wind bobbin: Follow bobbin winding instructions.

First-Time Setup

  6. Test sew on scrap fabric to ensure proper operation.

CAUTION! Always use proper needle for fabric type. Replace bent or damaged needles immediately.

  2. Decorative Stitches: Select from various decorative patterns for embellishment.
  3. Zipper Installation: Use zipper foot for invisible or standard zippers.
  4. Free-motion Sewing: Drop feed dogs for quilting or embroidery.
  5. Button Sewing: Use button sewing foot for attaching buttons.
  6. Blind Hem: Select blind hem stitch for nearly invisible hems.

WARNING! Always use correct presser foot for each function to prevent damage.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug before maintenance. Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Remove needle plate: Use screwdriver to access bobbin area.
  2. Clean lint and dust: Use small brush to clean feed dogs and bobbin case.
  3. Oil machine: Apply sewing machine oil to designated points as per manual.
