Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on stable, level surface.

Stitch Length: Adjust from 1mm (short) to 4mm (long). Stitch Width: Adjust from 3.5mm to 7mm. Differential Feed: Adjust from 0.7 (gather) to 2.0 (stretch). Tension Dials: Four dials for upper looper, lower looper, and two needles. Rolled Hem Lever: Engage/disengage for rolled hem stitching.

Threading the Overlocker

Follow color-coded threading path for proper operation.

  1. Raise presser foot and raise needle to highest position
  2. Follow color-coded guides: blue for upper looper, green for lower looper
  3. Thread needles last, ensuring thread passes through tension discs
  4. Pull threads under presser foot toward back of machine
  5. Test thread tension on scrap fabric before starting project

Tip: Always thread with presser foot raised to ensure threads seat properly in tension discs.
