Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable sewing table.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers from machine.
  2. Attach embroidery unit: Align connectors and slide into position until it clicks.
  3. Install foot controller: Plug into designated port on machine.
  4. Connect power cord: Plug into machine and then into AC outlet.
  5. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back, tighten screw.

WARNING! Machine is heavy; use proper lifting technique. Ensure stable surface before operation.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow on-screen setup wizard.

  1. Thread machine: Follow automatic threading guide on LCD screen.
  2. Wind bobbin: Place bobbin on winder, thread through tension disc, press foot controller.
  3. Insert bobbin: Drop bobbin into case with thread pulling counterclockwise.

CAUTION! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always use proper needle for fabric type.
