Machine Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable sewing table.

  3. Place fabric: Position under foot with marked buttonhole location.
  4. Lower buttonhole lever: Pull down beside foot.
  5. Sew buttonhole: Press foot pedal - machine sews all four sides automatically.
  6. Finish: Raise needle, remove fabric, cut opening with seam ripper.

WARNING! Always test buttonhole on scrap fabric first. Ensure proper foot attachment.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug machine before cleaning. Remove lint buildup regularly.

  1. Remove needle plate: Use screwdriver to loosen screws.
  2. Clean feed dogs: Use small brush to remove lint.
  3. Clean bobbin area: Remove bobbin case and clean thoroughly.
  4. Oil machine: Apply sewing machine oil to designated points only.
  5. Replace needle: Change needle after every project or 8 hours of sewing.

CAUTION! Use only sewing machine oil. Do not spray cleaners directly on machine.
