Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable sewing table.

1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers.
2. Attach power cord to machine and wall outlet.
3. Install presser foot: Lower presser foot lever and snap into place.
4. Wind and install bobbin following threading guide.
5. Thread upper looper, lower looper, and needles using color-coded guides.

WARNING! Keep fingers away from moving parts during setup. Ensure machine is unplugged when threading.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; test on scrap fabric first.

1. Select basic 4-thread overlook stitch.
2. Set stitch length to 2.5mm and width to 5mm.
3. Adjust differential feed to neutral position (N).
4. Place fabric under presser foot and lower foot lever.
5. Gently press foot control to begin sewing.
6. Guide fabric without pulling or pushing.

Controls and Settings

Main control panel located on front of machine. Stitch length dial, stitch width dial, differential feed dial, tension controls.

Stitch Length Dial: Controls stitch density (1-4mm). Stitch Width Dial: Adjusts seam width (3.5-7mm). Differential Feed: Prevents fabric stretching/puckering. Tension Dials: Four individual dials for upper looper, lower looper, and two needles.

Threading Instructions

Follow color-coded threading path for proper operation.

1. Upper Looper: Follow blue threading path
2. Lower Looper: Follow green threading path
